1. Website owners

In compliance with Ley 34/2002, de servicios de la sociedad de la información y de comercio electrónico (LSSI-CE; Spanish Information Society Services and E-Commerce Act), we inform you that this website, www.tramux.com, belongs to Daniel Peregrín Reus (NIF 49611870L) and Juan Manuel Avellaneda Cortés (NIF 54624848D), who operate jointly under the trade name Tramux.

2. Purpose and terms of use

This website provides information about the AI and WhatsApp automation services offered by Tramux and lets you request a free audit. By browsing it you agree to make lawful use of its content. The conversations shown are illustrative and use fictional data.

3. Intellectual property

The texts, designs, logos and images on this website belong to their owners or are used under licence. Reproducing them for commercial purposes without permission is not allowed.

4. Data controllers

5. What data we process and why

If you write to us via WhatsApp, email or phone, for example to request a free audit or demo, we process your name, your business name, your phone number and the content of your messages, for the following purposes:

To contact you to arrange the audit or demo and to answer your questions.
To send you, if you ask for it, information or a quote for our services.

We don't use your data to send you advertising you haven't requested, nor do we make automated decisions that affect you.

6. Legal basis

Your consent, which you give us when you contact us, and the taking of pre-contractual steps at your request (Article 6(1)(a) and (b) of the General Data Protection Regulation, GDPR; Reglamento General de Protección de Datos, RGPD). You can withdraw your consent at any time.

7. How long we keep your data

For as long as the conversation or business relationship continues. If you don't become a client, we delete it no later than 12 months after the last contact. If you are a client, we keep it for as long as tax and commercial regulations require.

8. Who else has access to your data

We don't share your data with third parties unless legally required. To provide the service we use providers acting as data processors: Hostinger (website and email hosting, with servers in the European Union) and WhatsApp, owned by Meta, when you write to us through that channel. Meta may process data outside the European Economic Area with the safeguards provided for in the GDPR (RGPD).

9. Your rights

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability by writing to hola@tramux.com. If you believe we have not handled your data properly, you can file a complaint with the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (Spanish Data Protection Agency) (aepd.es).

10. Cookies

This website does not use its own or third-party cookies for analytics, advertising or tracking. To know how many people visit it, which pages they view and how many click the contact buttons, we use Umami, an analytics tool that doesn't use cookies or store data that identifies you. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which means your browser shares your IP address with Google.
