Vets

AI automation for vet clinics

Each owner may have several pets, and each pet its own vaccination schedule. The system works per pet, not just per phone number: it sends a reminder for every vaccine, looks after recovery after surgery and reminds owners when the food is about to run out.

Today, without automation

Where vets usually lose money

Vaccines that go overdue

It's the most predictable reason for a visit and the one most often forgotten without a timely reminder.

Surgeries with no follow-up

The stitches check or the recovery depends on someone calling on the right day.

Repeat purchases that go to another shop

Pet food or long-term medication runs out on a date you can predict. If nobody reminds the owner, they buy it somewhere else.

What we automate

The complete system, in modules

Each module works on its own. We start with the ones that protect the most money in your case and add the rest whenever you want.

Per pet

  • WhatsApp receptionAlways asks for the pet's name as well as the owner's, and avoids mixing up records.
  • Vaccination and dewormingA reminder a few days before each pet's exact date.
  • Appointment remindersA reminder the day before to cut no-shows.

After the visit

  • Post-surgery follow-upA check-in 7 to 10 days after surgery or a hospital stay.
  • ReviewsAn open question a few days after the visit.
  • ReactivationA reminder to owners who haven't been in for more than six months.

Recurring revenue

  • Food or medication restockingA reminder as the date it runs out approaches.
  • Pending quotesFollow-up on unconfirmed surgeries and treatments.
  • Instant reply to new clientsEvery new enquiry gets a reply straight away.

FAQ

Common questions from vets

Can it handle several pets from the same owner?
Yes. Every booking is made per pet, with its name and its history of dates.
Where do the vaccination dates come from?
From each pet's record. In the diagnosis we define how they're filled in and kept up to date.
Does it handle emergencies?
It doesn't resolve them: it detects them and passes them to the team. For the clinic, it's important that a person handles them.
Where do we start?
It's usually reception and per-pet vaccination reminders, which are the most predictable and recover the most visits.
